I’m a product designer who likes untangling complicated systems and turning them into tools people can rely on. I’m especially interested in problems where the digital world meets the physical one, things like access control, permissions, and the workflows teams use to manage real spaces and real people. I’ve led end-to-end design and user research on SaaS products, built design systems that scale, and shipped AI-powered features that significantly reduced support issues. I care about clarity, craft, and working closely with engineers and PMs to make complex work feel simpler.
